I'm working as a recruiter for a personnel agency from now until at least the end of the year. In the meantime, I'm about to send out resumes to a couple of schools. One position is a long term substitute and the other is a regular high school music gig. The former will probably pay more, but the latter is more ideal because I need to work somewhere for a year in order to complete my certification. Either one would probably be great, though.
