Bill, I enjoyed listening to these. As I did, I closed my eyes and imagnied a scene in my mind. I was wondering. As you write these, are there scenes you have in mind, or just types of scenes? Thanks.

Bill

It depends. These four were actually written in the process of the film project I'm working on at the moment. In other words, I had the footage for an actual scene that I was writing for.

Chase

Cool, thanks.

Bill

No problem. Thanks for asking.

Chase

IT may be invading to ask what type of films you do. If so, I apologize, but it is rather interesting.

Bill

Not at all. I like all kinds of films, but my favorite scores are generally found in the action/thriller genre. The films I've worked on so far were either comedies or dramas, though. Right now I'm working on a movie called Caesar, which has some action in it, but doesn't necessarily call for a big "action" score.

My favorite composer is John Powell, who scored the Bourne series, X-Men III, and Mr. and Mrs. Smith to name a few.

If you're interested, you can watch a clip from a short comedy I worked on this past Spring by going to my composer site. It's just an opening montage, though, so it doesn't really give you a feel for the movie as a whole. I hope to put up some scenes from another short comedy I worked on soon.

Chase

Thanks
